3. RATES

Prices are quoted in euros (including VAT) for Europe and French overseas departments and territories, and in US dollars for international orders.

Prices are subject to change, but will be invoiced at the rate in force when the order is placed.
4. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Secure payment via Stripe, PayPal or WooCommerce.

Payment in instalments possible depending on program.

No refunds for digital products.
5. DELIVERY & ACCESS

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment.

Zoom or Calendly links are automatically sent by email.

Individual sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Collective: non-recoverable absence but replay provided (if planned).

Our support services do not replace medical or psychological care.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
